We’re playing early Friday evenings in September at the Powerhouse, on the main stage.

What better way to segue seamlessly between the hussle and bustle of the working week and the gutter hugging debauchery of the weekend?
It’s free entry+ free music = free fun.
Just past 2am and we’ve all retreated to our respective confides having spent a massively productive weekend holed up at Junkship Studios with none other than Mr Jamie T’ of other such fame as that brilliant safe haven in The Valley; The Troubadour.
Jamie has a beautiful home studio set up packed full of all kinds of analogue and vintage recording equipment. Setting up late Thursday night meant tracking could start on Friday. Sure enough all boxes have been ticked. We originally intended to have three tracks done by the weekend’s end but we’ve walked out with four and the way we’re thinking is that there’s a better than 95% chance that all four will end up on the album. Speaking of albums..that’s it recorded. Having just had our tracks from the Wayne Conolly session arrive back safe and sound we’re next scheduled to go mix with Magoo and come back to round off the last body of work with Jamie.
We’re all pretty chuffed. Tired but chuffed. A couple of weeks off now and we’re back at it playing shows through September. Keep attuned to this here space. Pics and maybe some audio samples may eventuate.
